The Foundation does not restrict candidates on this basis. However, according to the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2020, No. 190, registered with the Ministry of Justice on May 12, 2020, No. 20619, Chapter 3, Clause 12: 
“Teachers must adhere to a business style of dress while performing their official duties.”
The Foundation primarily assists in finding vacancies in schools with challenging social contexts. These schools may be located in both rural and urban areas. 
The Foundation does not arrange employment for spouses or other individuals relocating with the candidate. However, we are willing to support by informing local organizations (with which the Foundation has contact) about a potential employee. The candidate or their partner is expected to independently take initiative with applications and follow-ups. 
Yes, the salary in rural areas is 25% higher than in cities. 
Knowledge of Kazakh is desirable (to better integrate into the local environment), but not mandatory. The Foundation promotes a trilingual policy and encourages all participants to be proficient in multiple languages. 
Unfortunately, school placements are not based solely on the participant’s preferences. Participants are assigned to partner schools in the Karaganda region, depending on available suitable vacancies. 
Yes, a participant has the full right to terminate their agreement and leave the Program at any time. However, the school administration and the Foundation must be informed at least one month in advance. The Foundation reserves the right to limit the participant’s future involvement in the Program.
This year, participants will be assigned to partner schools in the Karaganda region. 
Combining the Program with other forms of employment or studies (excluding those within the Program itself) is only allowed with the Foundation’s written approval. Participants must submit a written request to the Foundation’s management to seek approval for combining studies with participation in the Program. 
No, participants are employed full-time in partner schools, and additional employment is not permitted.
