TFQ development plan
Out plan for 2023 is to launch and:
- select 50 participants;
- establish a partnership with 1 province and 15 schools;
- reach 7,500 students;
- get 50 teachers employed in those schools.
Develop an educational program for pedagogical retraining for the following professions:
- English teacher;
- Russian teacher;
- Kazakh teacher;
- History teacher;
- Geography teacher;
- ICT teacher;
- Mathematics teacher;
- Biology teacher;
- Physics teacher;
- Chemistry teacher.
Develop a training programme for methodology experts and coaches to guide Programme participants.
Develop a programme for working with partner schools’ leadership.
In 2024 we will
- select 100 participants;
- partner 2 provinces and 45 schools;
- reach 22,500 students;
- get at least 150 teachers employed in schools.
Develop an educational program for pedagogical retraining for the following professions:
- Primary school teacher;
- Art teacher;
- Physical education teacher;
- Music teacher;
- Inclusive education tutor.
2025 is an exciting year for us, as it will see the first graduates of the Programme! But our intentions go beyond that. We will:
- select 125 participants;
- partner 3 provinces and 60 schools;
- reach 25,000 students;
- get at least 250 teachers employed.
Develop an educational program for pedagogical retraining in supplementary education.
