Teach for Qazaqstan: Answers to frequently asked questions

The Program includes the period of participants’ pedagogical retraining and two academic years of teaching in one of the Foundation’s partner schools.

Since the PF "Teach for Qazaqstan" is an official partner of the global Teach For All movement, upon completing the two-year Program, graduates become part of the international network. This allows them to connect and share experiences with peers from other countries and access various training opportunities. 

The Foundation provides two years of support in the form of methodological guidance, mentorship, and coaching. Participants also receive assistance in implementing their individual projects. 

No, the final list of partner schools is confirmed during the placement process. 
The grant is provided for two years, starting from the offline training during the Summer Institute and continuing throughout the participant’s work in the partner school. 
The salary depends on the teaching load and responsibilities, starting from 104,000 KZT (for 16 hours per week). In addition to the salary, participants will receive a monthly grant of 300,000 KZT, provided by the Foundation.
