Is participation in the offline part of the pedagogical requalification (Summer Institute) mandatory?
Yes, participation in the Summer Institute is mandatory. If a participant refuses to undergo pedagogical requalification in the offline format, they will be required to leave the Program.
Do I need to undergo pedagogical requalification if I already have a teaching degree?
No, you do not. Participants with a teaching degree will undergo a qualification enhancement program, which is a mandatory part of the training.
If I already have a certificate for passing the Assessment of Pedagogical Knowledge (APK), do I need to retake it?
No, if you have already passed the APK, you do not need to retake it. However, make sure to check the expiration date of your APK certificate.
Does the certificate issued after completing the pedagogical requalification have an expiration date?
No, the pedagogical requalification certificate is valid indefinitely. However, without successfully passing the national APK exam ( Assessment of Pedagogical Knowledge ), participants cannot be employed in state schools.
Is the stipend paid during the Summer Institute (offline training)?
Yes, the stipend is paid during the offline training at the Summer Institute as part of the pedagogical requalification. However, no stipend is provided during the online summer training.
What is the format of the pedagogical requalification training?
After completing all selection stages, participants are enrolled in a partner university for the pedagogical requalification program, which will take place in both online and offline formats (Summer Institute).
Can I apply for pedagogical requalification after finishing a college program?
No, the Program is open to candidates who have a higher education degree (bachelor's degree).
