Your intended teaching subject must align with your degree specialization. See details here.
Current or former school teachers are not eligible to apply, as the program’s core mission is to train new educators for regional schools.
*Tutoring or college/university teaching experience is allowed.Commit to full-time teaching beginning September 1, 2025.
*This excludes full-time enrollment in a master’s/doctoral program or holding other employment.You must be willing to relocate to villages, regional hubs, or towns focused on a single industry.
Be a citizen of Kazakhstan.

Take two tests to assess your skills in:

- abstract thinking (solving problems creatively).

No prep needed – just be yourself! Answer open-ended questions about your views, goals, and how you handle real-life scenarios.
Duration: ≈ 60 minutes.

Prepare a sample lesson in your chosen subject using the provided guidelines and template. Ensure your lesson’s structure, explanations, and tasks align with authentic classroom practices.

You will collaborate with other candidates to complete a team-based task.
Duration: Approximately 50 minutes.
During this activity, you’ll step into the role of a teacher and propose a solution to a classroom scenario.
