The fellowship program became a powerful catalyst for my personal and professional growth. It gave me the confidence to take responsibility, find solutions, and bring new projects to life. The most valuable things this journey has given me are the trust and affection of my students, as well as the life lessons I have learned from them. The children helped me see the “adult world” from a different perspective.

Teach for Qazaqstan taught me to take responsibility for results, lead projects from idea to implementation, work alongside a team of like-minded people, and continuously learn from my colleagues, mentors, and students.

Teach for Qazaqstan changed my understanding of the teacher’s role. Over two years, I learned not only how to teach physics, but also how to be a leader and mentor and help children believe in their own potential.

Participating in the TFQ program was a new milestone for me both as a teacher and as a person. It also made me realize how important it is to be in a supportive environment.
